How do I cancel my party or rental?
If you need to cancel your event, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event. In the case of rain, you may be eligible to receive a partial refund for your event. This depends on the delivery and notice of cancellation.
Do you have a generator?
Generators are available upon request. They have enough gas to run for 4-5 hours.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, there is 15% deposit required to reserve equipment for your event.
